RUNNNNNNNNNNN!!!! No matter how playful he may look, when someone "jokingly" puts his hands around your neck it's a danger sign... think about it, when your mother tries to hug you, does she go for the neck? (presumming your mother is not somekind of wrestler or a bit of a loony) :)
