It hasn't been called a dick in everyday life , in the bedroom , at the work place , on the street , at school , at the mall , in college , at the dinner table , in the shower , etc in the last 46 years , since 1970.
Rubbish. I know of many people who still refer to it as a dick. I have an aquaintence who's favourite way to tell someone to "fuck off" is to tell them to "go eat a dick".
