when you stand up to piss, especially when you've needed to go for a while, the stream causes the toilet bowl water and the piss inside of it to splash out.
if you've ever been in a mens public bathroom, if you look below the urinal on the floor, you'll see where many dudes dribbled on the floor. if you like stepping in that shit, by all means go ahead. i don't.
