@jojotheclown - When you cry tears of sadness (as opposed to tears of pain), the tears produced have stress hormones and certain chemicals in them. It's probably your body's way of reducing stress. I always feel physically exhausted after crying, but usually better emotionally.
Is it normal for men to never cry?
