    everybody should give everybody foot massages in public. if everybody had a good foot massage, the world would be a much better place.

    Of course it is... Just like its normal to hold hands, hug, kiss, etc. in public. There is no possible "indecent" exposure...

    So... are you the one giving, receiving, or somehow bothered by something you saw?
