My husband has asked for this and I do not think it's normal. I have accidentally done it before and he liked it, but I am always mortified when it happens. Though I'm not sure if I'm squirting or peeing, as i feel like i can't pee when we're having sex and have never been able to control or even stop it when it has happened. It also happened with an ex who made me feel like trash about it even though it never happen during oral, so I've had a bad experience and kinda shut down, but your wife might be open to it in the shower or tub where it won't make a mess, and ask for it beforehand so she can get comfortable with it.
