  • I've found the best way to lose weight is to make a small change that'll add up over time. If you cut everything out, you feel like you are missing out on something, or that your diet is temporary. If you have three biscuits a day, cut down to two. Or eat 5% less each meal. Then, in a month, cut a little bit more. Keep cutting gradually until you get to the weight you want and then stick to that regimen.

    Alternatively, change what you eat as opposed to how much you eat. It's possible to fill yourself up without too much sugar or fat and with meals still being tasty.
