If it's your parents or family situation that's pushing you to feel so bad about yourself then you either need to talk to your mum about it or find some way to cope through the next few years until you can move out (unless you have a friend or family member you could go live with?)
You may have Gender identity disorder, if you're "male" but want to be "female". Only seeing a psychiatrist or therapist can confirm this though.
If you do have it there will be no need to "convince" her. Just bringing it up along with all your feelings about which gender you feel you are rather than physically are
