Me too. I always have found men in their 30's and 40's to be the sexiest. Now that I am nearly 30 I am so happy that I can date men my age and not get criticised for it.
For me it is that they are physically more mature. Often more sure of who they are and what life is for them. Most have hobbies, friends, a career and are self sufficient. All nice stable qualities.
I think there is nothing unusual about, just the same as I understand that a lot of men find women in their 20's sexy because they are sexually mature but still young, fertile and healthy looking.

As a 20 year old female, I find blokes in their late 30's to late 40's attractive, not as old as 50's but close.
