Is it normal for me to find men who are in their fifties attractive?

  • Yes, of course! I too am attracted towards people who are older than me. A 20-30 year age difference is the usual range for my affections. It's a shame that there's so much stigma towards legal age disparity in relationships.

    • I agree. Now, I can understand if the person was under the age of legal consent (for example...14) dating a much older person (man or woman), but I think that as long as each person is of legal age than what the heck does it matter? Personally, I prefer a man who has his act together (for the most part) and isn't into raising hell (even though there are some fifty year olds who still like to drink and party like it's 1975).

    • What. The. HELL?!?!

You can't possibly mean twenty to thirty. If so, you simply must be the damned freakiest woman around, alongside the OP.

What women see in much older men, I will never know. Personally I'm inclined to believe it stems from deep-seated psychological issues.

      • Not older men! Older women! I like my men to be younger, a bit more closer to my age yet, not in my peer group.

        • You find women around - what - 40 or 50 to be attractive?

Oh you. Looks like we've found something else to bring up with your therapist.

          • Correction, its 30 to 40. Oh, True. Believe me, I already addressed it with her. She said its fine since I assured her that they were no underlining issues behind it. If it were, wouldn't I be attracted to senior citizens instead? If anything it would explain why I have a phobia of senior citizens.
