Whenever I see a guy who is even remotely hot, my *cough , cough * starts to almost hurt . ( as in, it isn't pain, more of an ache ) I don't know what to do . . . is this normal??

    when your turned on ur clit swells. If you get a chance look how much bigger it gets. Im kinda sure thats the ache, and if you feel it in the "hole area" (lol) then thats you wanting some d.i.c.k.
