Is it normal for me to feel guilty because my parents make me presents

My parents are nice, sweet and work a lot, I know they have their flaws and everything, but I feel terrible when they give me something, especially if it's expensive. I feel a terrible ache in the pit of my stomach and start feeling anxious and I wanna throw up, they worry and make me feel even worse, what can I do about it?

    For my bday, my sister wants to take me to the mall and is going to let me charge 50 dollars on her card. There's no way I'd accept that, I feel guilty just imagining me buying stuff with her money. Maybe just drive me to the mall.
