You should send me a picture and i'll tell you lol. J/k I'm sure you look fine all those things are superficial and it doesn't matter what people think, it's what you think about yourself first. Boobs, its not everything some guys don't care about that like myself. A petite girl is also very attractive and some girls look good with short hair also. Even though you might have small boobs, you are probably very fit and this is attractive. Curvy isn't always better and like I said everyone likes different things. I find girls who are petite, slim, or curvy attractive. Keep your head up :)
