Is it normal for me to blink (hard) every now and then?

I blink very hard every now and then. There are some other tic/habits that I have. A lot of people say I may have Tourettes or Aspregers. Since my eyesight is off, I have glasses. The glasses have actually helped with the blinking problem. The eye doctor (or whatever you call it) said the hard blinking habit was probably because I was trying to focus my eyes (which is partially true). I still don't know. Is it normal?
