Is it normal for me to be afraid of summer?

I was in Arizona for an outdoor festival. Despite drinking lots of fluids, I could not withstand the heat. That was back in October. It is April now, and I am still feeling like my mind is in a fog. I even have a rocking and swaying sensation, which my doctor thinks is Mal De Debarkment Syndrome. But they have not been able to find anything wrong. Now I'm afraid of dealing with summer heat waves, as I don't want to live with what I had to for three hours. I experienced numbness, tingling in fingers and toes, my head kept swimming, and the only way I could stay conscious was if I moved around to keep the blood flowing.

If your body gets fucked up when it's hot then it's only natural to hate summer. People's bodies have different levels of resistance to temperature

Never happened to me or anyone I know. This is best delt with by a professional. Do what your doctor tells you.

My doctor hasn't been able to find anything wrong. I had asked for a referral to see if I could benefit from psychiatric therapy, but that didn't go through.

You're probably just not a heat person. Move to British Columbia if all else fails. Good luck.

I never had a problem with the heat before. In fact, two years ago I was in ninety-five-degree weather for five hours, and I had no problem at all.
