Yeah, this isn't normal. Like everyone said, you shouldn't have to do all the work and getting naked is very much initiating, he just didn't do anything with that it seems while still acting like you aren't doing anything. I recommend dropping this person instantly without delay, I see no benefit here.
That said, there are PLENTY like myself who play lots of games but wouldn't do things like this, this one in particular gives responsible gamers an inaccurate vibe, it isn't the norm. Its not being a gamer girlfriend that is the problem, its being with a problematic person, he and others would be that way without games too.
