Everytime my boyfriend even rubs me like on the outside of my pants.. It doesn't even actually have to be touching me but everytime he does, the next time I pee it stings.. Does it have something to do with getting horny? IIN?

    You do NOT get an STI from someone rubbing the OUTSIDE of your clothing. Holy fuckapotomous!
    It's likely to just be irritation, possible UTI,etc.

    Does it sting when you pee without him touching you?

    Because if it does you have an sti or infection, if not, that's a strange thing.
