It sounds like someone's a little hard on himself.
A woman loves a man that apologizes. So many men don't know how to say "I'm sorry." or "I was wrong" A humble man is a rare thing, she probably really likes you. You're nice by nature? You sound like a catch to me.
Drinking blood? She probably won't react well to that. I would try to fix the problem (maybe therapy) instead of making her ok with it.
