Is it normal for hair to fall out?

  • Hair falling out is normal for people, unless you`re like 16. Just try not to stress over it, cause then it`ll get worse. And bow-dry your hair when you get out of the shower, cause keeping it damp and wet will damage your hair

    • I disagree. When I was 15 I started loosing lots of hair, really lots, for about a year and a half. The doctor gave me some kind of pills but it didn't work, and eventually I just ended with less hair, it stopped falling. I guess like other things in teenage, the amount of/color of hair can undergo slow or fast changes. You really should be worried if you're at an age when becoming bold is likely ie over 40.

      Also, I hear that letting your hair dry naturally from time to time as opposed to heating it (especially everyday) would make it healthier. You can also try to cut, if you have long hair the weight and knots can be a fall factor.
