Is it normal for guys to touch my stomach?

It's been happening enough lately that it seems more than just a coincidence. I have friends that are guys that I'm semi close with that while I'm talking to them, usually just having fun chatting, a guy will just touch my stomach randomly. I haven't dated any of these guys so we're not really close or anything. One time I was at a basketball game and I was standing up talking to a friend in front of me and he just suddenly lightly pushed on my stomach. More often it's a guy throwing a fake punch at my stomach but then he just keeps it there. Is this normal, guys?

    Where I come from it's never normal for guys to randomly touch a girl unless they are dating/married/in a relationship.
