I love the feel of my legs after shaving. Why should women have all the fun? I started several years ago when I had to shave them for some sclerotherapy work on my legs. I've found it doesn't take long and the more you do it, the harder is is to stop because you will like it more. My legs don't look feminine, just clean and sleek. It takes a while to get used to both the feeling and look, though.
I had also started noticing that my hair was not growing on the bottom sections of my calves any more and to me it looked better to even everything up. I never have had thick hair on my body. However, I will admit that it does look better if you have a little tan. I always wear long pants so they don't get tanned, but self-tanning lotion works fine and makes you feel less self-conscious. Keeping your legs in shape helps too!
