i think they might be jealous of you (could be because of looks, intelligence, clothes, boyfriend, money, talents, etc...)but don't generalize a whole gender and stereotype it based on a few people. i'm a girl and i don't have any girlfriends (not by choice, girls have never liked me for whatever reason)but i still can't stand it when other girls are woman haters (i'm not calling you a woman hater btw). You seem like a pretty mellow person and someone who is easy to get along with. Don't let them get to you but also please don't think that all females are catty because of these bad experiences you've had (i've had them too). Some girls are still nice and sweet.
