Well she will NOT leave us alone for longer than 5 minutes if we were in the room together and close the door she will bang on the door until she comes in.. She will say she needs something even though she doesn't. She will leave again and will come back 2 minutes later to the point we don't even try. Even if she is watching a movie it doesn't matter.. She also has straddled him face to face while sitting on his lap, jumped onto his chest while laying down and kissed him on the lips for extended period of time. These kinda things have stopped but now it seems she wants to know when I'm leaving so she can be with her dad alone.
Those are normal attitudes for a girl her age. It's part of her psychosexual development to vie for her dad's attention. If she has no boundaries they need to be set right away; not because you think there's something wrong with it, but because that's pretty much how it works.

Brushing of the hair does not suggest molestation; the fact that he didn't bother to dress her beforehand seems to be of little importance.
But please, fill us in on these other "incidents" that you mentioned.

She's a young child who probably feels threatened by dad's new relationship. It will pass if you're sensitive to her needs.
