Is it normal for every wound i get to become a scar?

Every time I get a cut, it will become a scar. It only used to happen if I played with the scratch, but now I can accidentally get scratched from my bratty cat and the scratches will become scars. It looks like I self-harm and I want to know if it is normal.

    Some skin types scar more easily than others or the scars show up more

    I'm sure there's a name for it. Ask your doctor, nothing to worry about though.
