I do similar things. My guess (for at least myself) is that I avoid every emotional conflict I have. I literally don’t think about it like you said you can be mad at someone but very briefly. Is it because you just stop thinking about it and just say, “oh well whatever..” or for myself sometimes I start laughing and in an instant it turns into me being over come by sadness instantly and I end up crying for a couple seconds. Which I think is just a weird response to not properly dealing with emotions. I wonder if you’re avoidant too? How often you say oh well to your emotions and make yourself get over things for the sake of not having to deal with them or simply not caring?
