    Yes lol. There's A smell to your dried saliva, but it shouldn't be a bad smell. If it was funky, you'd know.

    If you're concerned about bad breath, just make sure you floss in addition to brushing (a surprising number of people don't and that makes a huge difference) and brush your tongue or use a tongue scraper (a lot of bad breath comes from the tongue and not the teeth). If you do that, you should be all good.

    Saliva does have a smell. It shouldn't be odorless. You just don't want it to smell like garlic or a butthole or a garlicky butthole.
