I don't know much about meds or why you are on them, but why don't you want to change them if they cleary make you depressed? I imagine the alternative is worse, otherwise you wouldn't take them. But try a management calendar. Make lists of things to do, including shower and make little goals for yourself. Establish a routine. Our bodies want routine. And you don't have to shower every day if you aren't working up a sweat. Maybe take relaxing baths instead. That way it's not about hygiene as much as it is relaxation therapy. And you just happen to get clean while you soak.
