Is it normal for belly button to pop out? [read plz d:]

I'm just wondering, Is it possible for ones belly button to randomly pop out if they are not pregnant, And/ or has gotten fatter?
Because It feels like my belly button is popping out someone help :(?

    How old are you? my belly button used to be and outy normally. But as i grew up it started to grow in so i don't think this is anything major. If you are really worried go to the doctor like ladyman said.

    Maybe you ought to get it checked out. But my guess is it's normal. I've seen a lot of people do it and, really, it's just skin. They seem to enjoy it, btw.

    Am not a doctor but work in surgery. What you have is called umbilical hernia, not a major thing if it doesn't hurt. Take care

    Sounds like an abdominal hernia. The same thing happened to me a a child. Just see your doc and they can clear things up for you.
