Is it normal for an atheist to enjoy attending christian worships?

I'm an atheist but I admit that I enjoy Christian worships like it was some kind of concert or performance. I felt weird because first of all I don't believe in their teachings, I just love singing with them with all my heart.

I'm not atheist, nor am I a dedicated follower of any conventional faith. I am still on the fence. Very questioning.

No matter, for the emotional enjoyment of the celebrations, yes, going to a church feels good to me too. I've been to Christian, Islamic, Hindu, Buddhist celebrations and events. I don't get all question-y with anybody. I keep my debate thoughts to myself. I want to be super respectful when there.

I think, in the U.S., Christian conventions are a kind of traditional norm that Americans take part in, religious or secular. Christmas and Easter are religious in origin, but people all over participate in these holidays.

The choir performances of many churches can be enthralling. Churches can be like a peaceful sanctuary for anybody. I would like to take a trip to a monastery for the relaxation and solitude. I can even enjoy religious stories as moral guidance and what not, without being a firm believer.

    Enjoy!

Sure, the music is beautiful at times.
Many atheists like Bach, for instance (myself included).

I was in a Catholic private school for my 7th grade year. At the time I was a strict atheist, however I kind of liked going to mass every Tuesday. It kind of relaxed my mind a bit.

Nothing wrong with participating as a guest. If the denomination offends your atheist sensibilities, get out of there fast.
