  • Cold, wet, rainy and foggy come to mind when I think of the UK.
    But by far the freakiest thing about the UK is that they have cameras EVERYWHERE. Big brother lives there!
    But the food is great, the beer makes most popular American beers taste like horse piss and some of the small country homes are really cool.
    The queen does NOT rule in the UK; she is a figurehead only. They have a parliamentary system, not too unlike ours.
    Everybody is pale as can be, but some of the accents are so very sexy, like the Irish one. I would do anything if an Irish girl will just talk to me; I go weak in the knees.

    • I'd agree with most of that, but I'd be very wary of saying the Irish are part of the UK. We do get along but it's a different country and we have history. The Cromwellian assault is a bit like 9/11 for a whole country. And so it should be.
