Yeah, I'm not really sure what caused me to not remember most of that but my point stays valid. The US president has very few things he must do in order to become president. Also, I understand Dr. Who is a really bad example, its just what started my interest..

Well, what did the Queen have to do to become Queen? Nothing, just be born. Not that she has any power anyway.
