Is it normal for an 18 yr old chick to vouyarize a hot 40 yr old male?

I live with my parents for now. Our family recently moved out to a new place and our house is straight across from this mans house. He never uses blinds probably cuz he thinks that no one still lives at our new house. He seems to live by himself, I haven't seen anyone with him.
Well he's like perfect, built dark and handsome and looks too good for his age.
Sometimes he walks around at his house with nothing but a shirt and socks and no underwear. I could totally see his willy and butt. So I peek through my curtains with the lights off so he won't suspect anything. This really makes me wet. What do you think??
