I am an 18 year old guy, and I'm in love with a beautiful 24 year old woman. We've been great friends for months now, but I have deeper feelings for her. Is it okay for an 18 year old to be with a 24 year old woman? Do women consider guys this young?

    The age difference depends on the person. Also, if you only known her for a few months, then you're probably just infatuated.

    Personally, I avoid dating men in their late teens and early twenties, because most are making that transition into adulthood, which can be a very slow and annoying process. Some older women have the patience to raise their partner, but after being through it once, I'm done.

    It's a bit unusual but if you too are truly in love 6 years is manageable.

    I guess it jist depends on tbe person. I personslly have a rule that I refuse to date anyone with more than a 5-year age difference than me, but I'm just one person. 6 years isnt too bad.

    The quality of a relationship of any kind is not determined by chronological age. That chronological age might indicate a greater or lesser likelihood of certain characteristics or incompatibilities, but it's no more than an indicator.
