Well.. I mean.. girl.. step up your game. If you want to make him pay for whatever it is he did, this aint the way. You're obviously not over it, and this way you're showing it to him very clearly how much you care. Two things: He won't take you back if you act like you care so much you won't even give him his laptop (if you want him back). If you don't want him back, just give the guy his laptop and try not to care. Whatever your situation, you're making it worse for yourself.
If he asks again, just say: Yeah, sure, lemme check when i'm free. Then make an appointment. If he comes at your house just give it and say goodbye. Be the better person.
