Is it normal for an almost 30 year old woman , that never ever put on a tampon , and doesn't know how to put on a tampon , because she's scared of putting one ?

    When I was a girl and I had never had a period but thought I was close to starting it I told a friend of mine I didn't know how to use one so she showed me on herself lol
