My point was from a female perspective. Nothing in the original post suggested a thought out plan in meeting, just a hookup. Which is not safe for either gender regarding STIs and women are more prone to attack and date rape. Will she be "allowed" to change her mind? Sure, you can take measures to be safe, but the risk is still there.
Yes it does. It does change it. The risk I'm reffing to includes the risk of getting rape. Even when reasonable precautions are taken, there is of course still a small chance of rape.

Of course there is risk no matter what you do but there is. But if you are smart, there isn't much. Not enough to dissuade one from pursuing good sex.
