For me, it might be different. I was in a sexually abusive relationship. I'm in a healthy monogamous relationship now, and every time he finishes and I don't finish (and I usually don't, but that's because I don't come from intercourse) I feel used. He usually gets pretty tired afterwards, so that's what he wants - sleep. He'll fall asleep and I get this sick feeling. And because of that nature of my last relationship, I'm to afraid to tell him that I'd like to keep going. Or at least, when its practical.
