Is it normal for a virgo male and scorpio female to like one another?

I promise that every scorpio i've come in contact with hands down! Im not talking about your random walking around the mall and scopios throw themselves at me like im Justin Bieber! As far as me knowing them eventually it comes out just the way i described it.
