Is it normal for a 6th grader to want to grow up to be a commando?

  • The fact that he mentioned killing people is the weird part....Little boys love the idea of the army because of the adventure, the coolest toys like tanks, jeeps, guns, etc...fighting is seen as exciting ...explosions...risking your life...but young boys dont fully understamd the reality of death, injury and loss...they want to " fight" and maybe even kill the enemy because they wamt to protect...but they usually dont specifically single out killing people...thats a little sick.
