I believe "everything in moderation". But every person's concept of "moderation" is different. In some cases, not doing something at all is the best solution.
I know that drinking a glass of red wine a day improves the cardiovascular health in women. Two glasses a day for men.
Weed doesn't even come close to the amount of nicotine it has compared to cigarettes. I do find it interesting how the U.S. legalizes the two most deadliest drugs: Cigarettes and alcohol. And again, that's because many people go overboard.
The only thing that really matters though is if you want to do it. I personally have never done drugs, illegal or legal, and have never had a drink in my life. I couldn't be more satisfied with my life. So whatever choice you make, just make sure it's YOUR choice.
