    no i don't agree a 5 year old was provoking anyone. and yeah the dude should not do it but still mabe he was provoked (seen it happen all too much) anyway he should never have crossed the line from teacher to anything else but she shouldnt have allowed him to cross it either if not for anything else so she could protect herself from what is happening right now just my 0.2cents
