Is it normal for a stranger at school to look at you for no reason?
Whenever I'm in the college cafeteria, this guy will walk past my table and then turn around and look at me. There's no smile or indication he wants to come over and talk to me. It's just constant glancing. I would normally dismiss it, but he consciously TURNS HIS HEAD and looks directly at me (no one behind me, I sit against a wall), so I know he is thinking *something.* We've never spoken, but is it normal for this stranger to glance at me so often? Why is he doing it? Do I look strange or ugly? I don't get it..
