Yao gui. In the beginning it's like running into a mini deathclaw that can tank all your bullets. Mid and late game they are barely a problem.
Until I was told how to pronounce it I thought it was uul-guy. Thanks 3 dog for setting that name straight for me.

You also misspelled it. It's "Yao Guai".
