If you saw the void when you happened to look up a girl's skirt when you were a kid, then I can understand you being terrified.
Of course, the fact is that, no matter how you recall it, there's zero chance you literally saw nothing. The basic laws of physics regarding reflected and scattered light mean that's impossible.
Is it normal for a person to be afraid of skirts?
