How creepy. While there's nothing wrong with erring on the side of caution when it comes to public loos, she shouldn't have to do it for her kid at that age. Was their stall door close, because I imagine the sight of that would be very disturbing to passerby. Also, why would the girl strip? Did her mom instruct her to talk of her clothes?
