Regardless of the legality (although I can see the irony) it just doesn't happen in Europe, or at least not anywhere near as much as in the South. In Britain, if I were to say I was going to date/marry/have sex with my cousin, people would be horrified. I've lived in Finland, Holland and Britian, and all places have the same reactions. In the South (I lived there briefly, only 2 years)nobody even bats an eyelid.
It's still legal to walk around topless if you're selling fish, but just because the law is there doesn't mean it's socially acceptable or that anybody agrees with it.
Is it normal for a niece and uncle to sleep next to each other?
