Is it normal for a nerd, the stereotypical kind to strangle with legs?

I've met several nerds, all skinny and clever wearing glasses like your local book club geeks, who talk about killing their bullies by forcing their necks between their legs and slowly strangling them to death. I found it weird and apparently as of recent years this has sort of became a stereotype, they supposedly have larger/stronger thighs as well, but I'm not sure if that's all true. I'd like someone to clarify this..

There's nothing magical about being a nerd that suddenly makes your legs stronger. As a matter of fact, you stereotypical nerd won't be very athletic at all and probably has very bad motor skills. So no, if someone doesn't work out a part of their body, it will weaken. So, I don't exactly know where you heard that from, but there's no reason why a nerd would have stronger legs than normal people.

Isn't that a bondage thing? Anyway, stereotypical nerds that I've met probably couldn't strangle anyone, especially their bullies (who are usually bigger and stronger than them).

I've never heard of nerds strangling people with their legs before. If they had stronger than average legs, they would probably be on the track team instead of the book club. (By the way, I'm not dissing nerds at all, seems how I have some nerdy hobbies myself.)
