My younger sister and the sitter and 3 of her daughters slapped of squeezed me to may times to remember but most often they would spank my penis. As I got older, the girls did most of the spankings and would try to keep me stiff for a 'better target'. There weren't many boys in the neighborhood but I do know for a fact that one other boy was punished the same way, I saw on more than one occasion. I was never struck with anything other than their hands except for two times in school when I got the paddle.
I don't think it is the norm but it did happen often.
I don't have any physiological effects from it.
It was effective and I only received it for major punishment. Most of the time I was stuck in my room.
