I have been spanked on my balls and penis many times while growing up. I also believe that allowing my sister to spank my balls and penis has given me more respect for the female gender. I have children and grandchildren. It has not caused any problems in that way at all. It has not cause problems in anyway at all, I agree if a man has experienced this type of spanking he understands how effective it is and supports it. I support it, yet I understand it is not for everyone. So one has to make up their own mind on the subject.
