Anyhow, I have a hateful mother and an absolutely rotten mother in law who shows favouritisn to different grandchildren. Anyhow, my solution was to move house and have damn all to do with any of them ever again!! I am so much happier now and looking back I don't know why I tried to do 'the right thing' and sustain relationships with these useless people!!

My grandmother always said, "Never go looking for trouble" which I realised was all I got if I had any contact with these two bitches. So, I haven't rang either of them in 9 years and when they phone me I just answer with yes or no - never asking any questions or showing any interest.

Please stop making the effort to make this woman appreciate you or change - she's just another hateful witch! You're only wasting your precious time! Move on with your own life, enjoy your kids and delete her number. Give it 3 months and I swear you're whole life will have changed for the better and you will be less stressed and so much happier.
